February of the current year when Jessy Mendiola got married to actor and host Luis Manzano. The two were actually together for more than 4 years before they got married. Their wedding ceremony was held at The Farm in San Benito, Lipa, Batangas.
In her latest YouTube vlog, Jessy revealed that there is another place that they considered for their wedding ceremony. It was actually her mother-in-law’s very own farm in Lipa, Batangas. The farm has a sanctuary perfect for the simple yet elegant ceremony. They even had a reenactment of possible scenarios if the wedding was held there. She then toured the whole farm together with her husband’s family including Vilma Santos, her mother-in-law. The farm looks impressive as it overlooks Mt. Malarayat.
It is also complete with a rest house, koi fishpond as well as farm animals like cows, horses, peacocks, and even lovebirds. Mango trees, santol, atis, and other fruit-bearing trees are also starting to grow in the farm. Vilma also introduced the agriculturist and the other staff who maintains the farm.
Jessy then had a short interview with Vilma. The actress turned politician shared that it was actually her long-time dream to have somewhere to relax and a farm is perfect for that. She adds that she also wants somewhere close to nature. It would also be nice if she can take care of animals and harvest something. Vilma also acknowledged the help of her husband, senator Ralph Recto who initiated the construction of the farm.
The vlog now has more than 800,000 views and more than 1,000 comments. Netizens commented that the view from the farm is relaxing. Others were inspired by what Vilma and her husband has achieved. Other netizens also praised Jessy and her relationship with Luis’ family. According to some comments, Jessy and Vilma looked really close as they held each other’s hand.
