Former “Be Careful With My Heart” Kapamilya actor Richard Yap amazed his more than 100 thousand YouTube subscribers when he featured his “humble home” on his latest vlog entry.
Last Monday, May 18, the Filipino-Chinese actor, model and businessman who has been active lately in vlogging published a video to grant the request of his fans and followers who have long been wanting to see the Kapamilya actor’s house.
“Hi, guys! Since many of you have been asking to see my house, we decided to show you a glimpse of it. Welcome to my humble home,” Richard wrote in the video description.
The 53-year-old actor-businessman explained in the first part of his vlog that he is quite hesitant to show his family house to the public since it’s not that big. But since a lot of people are requesting, he finally gave in and decided to share a glimpse of what he described as their “cozy and comfortable” home.
He also mentioned that many are currently on a lockdown status because of the community quarantine, he thought that it’s the right time to do a house tour.
The 18-minute shows Richard sharing the details of the different areas of his luxurious house. While he didn’t give details about his vehicle collection, many were able to see a quick view of his five expensive cars parked in his big garage.
Many were also impressed when he entered the main door of his house as it features a “keyless” lockset. The actor as all their family members can only pass through the main door using their fingerprints, which he finds very convenient as they don’t need to bring keys every time.
As of this writing, his video already amassed over 500k views.

His breakthrough in showbiz took place when he was paired with actress Jodi Santa Maria for the role “Sir Chief” in the daytime drama Be Careful with My Heart, this show ran from 2012 to 2014 due to its large following and loyal fanbase worldwide.
