Netizens React On Vico Sotto’s Mom, Coney Reyes “First Holy Communion” Throwback Photo

65-year-old veteran actress Coney Reyes is once again making rounds on social media after uploading a super adorable throwback photo of her when she was only seven years old.

On Instagram, the celebrity mom of Pasig City mayor Vico Sotto attracted her more than 200k followers after she shared a throwback photo, which was taken nearly six decades ago. It was an image of the young Coney Reyes after she had her First Holy Communion.

She wrote in the caption of the photo she shared last Tuesday, March 31, “#ChallengeAccepted @juansarte. Here i was after my First Holy Communion at seven years old.”

As seen in the photo, the innocent-looking child was wearing her white dress while holding a bible and a rosary.

Coney Reyes or Constancia Angeline Reyes-Nubla in real life is an award-winning Philippine film and television actress, television host, and producer. It was in 1974 when she made her first film appearance in The Return of the Dragon, alongside Ramon Zamora playing the lead role.

She also became a co-presenter in Eat Bulaga from 1982 to 1995, where she worked together with the father of his son, Bossing Vic Sotto.

Reyes is also a recipient of the Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement Award during the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television in 2015.
