Jhong Hilario & Longtime Girlfriend Maia Leviste Azores’ Love Story Proves That Age Doesn’t Matter

Actor, dancer, politician and It’s Showtime host Jhong Hilario whose real name is Virgilio Viernes Hilario Jr. began his career as a member of the famous 90s dance group Streetboys along with actor-comedian Vhong Navarro.

In 1996, he made his debut as an actor in the film “Istokwa,” under MAQ Productions, followed by other films and TV series, where he usually played supporting roles. As an actor, he was lauded by the viewers for his role as Butong in Muro Ami, in 1999, and films like “D’ Anothers” in 2005 and “Dekada ’70” in 2002.

Jhong is best known for his antagonist role in the hit drama series, “Mara Clara,” where he portrayed the role of Julia Montes’ real father Gary David and as Homer “Alakdan” Adlawan in the longest-running primetime series “FPJ’s, Ang Probinsyano.”

Currently, this 43-year-old actor-host is one of the regular hosts of ABS-CBN’s top-rating noontime program, “It’s Showtime.” He is also serving as a member of Makati City Council since 2016.

Speaking of his personal life, Jhong was previously married to British national Michelle Westgate, but their relationship did not work out.

He is presently in a relationship with Maia Leviste Azores, who is reportedly working as a cabin crew for a local airline company. Azores is said to be 15 years younger than the actor-host, but despite this age gap, they prove how serious they are in this relationship as they’ve been together for more than 8 years now.

The actor-host has been very vocal about his relationship with his longtime girlfriend.
