Former Goin’ Bulilit Star Carl John Barrameda Tied The Knot With Non-showbiz girlfriend Nikolai Cimatu

Former child actor and Goin’ Bulilit star Carl John Barrameda recently tied the knot with non-showbiz girlfriend Nikolai Cimato in a simple wedding ceremony last Saturday, March 7. The wedding took place at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City.

Spotted in this celebration were the groom’s friends from the kiddie gag show including Miles Ocampo, John Manalo, Igiboy Flores, CJ Navat, Alfred Alain and Badji Mortiz.

On Ocampo’s Instagram Stories, she shared a snap taken from the wedding with the caption saying that Barrameda was the first “Goin Bulilit” alumnus to get married.

She wrote:

“1st Bulilit to get married!! Congratulations Nik and kuya @carlbarrameda!! We love you,” the actress also included the couple’s official wedding hashtag, “#SwerteNikCarl.”

Another post was from his friend John Manalo who shared, “Kakasal ka na dodong.”

Barrameda and Cimatu got engaged in February 2019 in Hong Kong. The two dated for more than seven years.

On February 28, 2019, Barrameda shared in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that their wedding is set to happen in March 2020.

26-year-old Carl John Barrameda was part of the first batch of the defunct kiddie gag show, “Goin’ Bulilit.” Some of his batch mates who were still active in the showbiz industry were Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes and Kiray Celis, and many more.

This show was created by Edgar Mortiz, who co-directed with his son, Frasco Mortiz. Goin’ Bulilit aired on the Kapamilya network every Sunday for 14 years, starting from February 6, 2005 until August 4, 2019, and was replaced by Rated K.

Aside from Goin’ Bulilit, Barrameda also starred in other ABS-CBN shows like Mga Anghel na Walang Langit, Calla Lily, Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko, May Bukas Pa, Honesto, Doble Kara and some episodes of the country’s longest-running drama anthology, Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK). He was also part of the cast of the 2011 movie, “Bulong,” starring Vhong Navarro and Angelica Panganiban.
