Three days after Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli’s controversial civil wedding, the two were spotted in a private barbecue dinner prepared by the celebrity couple Judy Santos and Ryan Agoncillo.
A photo of the newlyweds recently surfaced online, where the two can be seen smiling for the camera while they were surrounded with some of their friends and the Agoncillo couple, including their children: Yohan (14), Lucho (8), at Luna (4) at the dinner table.
The post was shared last Sunday, February 23, on the Instagram account of a certain Bianca Rufino, who is said to be the daughter-in-law of Viva executive June Rufino.
She wrote in the photo caption:

This photo delighted many netizens, especially the AshMatt fans as this is the first photo of the celebrity couple that became public since their secret wedding last February 20, which was held at Shangri-la Hotel, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Many also noticed the sweetness of the newlyweds as the photo shows Sarah and Matteo as they held each other’s hand really tight.
Ryan and Juday were considered as close showbiz friends of Sarah and Matteo. It was back in 2010 when Sarah and Juday co-starred in the movie “Hating Kapatid” and since then, they already treat each other as sisters. Meanwhile, Ryan is also close to the Popstar Royalty’s husband as they used to train for triathlons together.
When the news about Sarah and Matteo’s wedding surfaced online early on Thursday (Feb 20), Ryan and Juday were even asked in a video by PEP.ph to share their messages for the couple who were reported to have their wedding anytime that day.
Juday who didn’t confirm if she’s aware about the supposed wedding said.
“Ano na’ng nangyari? Basta ako, naghihintay lang ako, beh, ha! Mahina na ba signal mo? Basta, text-text, naghihintay lang kami rito!”
For his part, Ryan said, “O brad, kita tayo! Basta ang invite, ha!!!”
After this private dinner, it turned out that Sarah has returned to her work on Monday, February 24, for the taping of the reality-based singing competition “The Voice Teens Philippines,” where she is one of the coaches. She was even visited in the set by another celebrity couple, Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid, who are both close to the Popstar Royalty.
