Look: Former T.G.I.S. Actor Dino Guevarra Life Now After Showbiz

Former actor Dino Guevarra is known as one of the charming teen actors in the 90s.

He is part of the Kapuso network’s teen-oriented series TGIS or “Thank God It’s Sabado” in 1997, alongside other TGIS stars like Angelu De Leon, Onemig Bondoc, Michael Flores, Red Sternberg, and Bobby Andrews, among others.

“TGIS” is a story about a group of friends and their adventure, experiences, and bonding. Dino belongs to the second batch, which started in the middle of 1998, which were also the younger casts of the said TV series.

The former actor played the role of David, who is working as a salesman at a flower shop. On the other hand, Kim Delos Santos played as “Tere” Dino’s character’s love interest. Many viewers noticed the chemistry of the two young actors and since then, they were always paired on-screen. Because of their successful love team, they were also given the chance to star in big movies such as the hit movie that they made titled “Ikaw Lamang” in 1999.

They also became a couple in real life and eventually tied the knot, however, their marriage did not last long as they decided to separate in 2003. Some news also surfaced at the time that their separation was because of the abusive personality of the actor.

Meanwhile, Dino Guevarra returned to the limelight when he joined the Kapuso reality show “30 Days,” a show that gives chance to former showbiz personalities to revive their careers. Dino was declared as the winner and after that was given supporting roles in several shows in the GMA network, but this showbiz comeback did not last that long. In 2008, Dino filed for an annulment from his marriage with Kim and it was officially granted in 2010.

Luckily, the former actor finally found true happiness with his present family, his non-showbiz wife Karen Gabriel and their two kids Joaquin and Anika. Their family was living a peaceful and private life. He also has two kids from his former girlfriend, namely Ethan and Miguel.
