Former actor Chubi Del Rosario whose real name is Robertino Emmanuel Chubi del Rosario is a former T.G.I.S. teen actor and love team partner of “It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis in the 90s.

The two used to be a paired onscreen in the Kapuso network’s teen-oriented series TGIS or “Thank God It’s Sabado” in 1997, Anne and Chubi were even reported to have dated in real life.

The former love team last worked together in the primetime series “Ang Iibigin ay Ikaw,” which also happened to be Chubi’s last regular TV appearance before leaving the entertainment industry.

But prior to that, he also appeared in several movies such as Honey My Love, So Sweet in 1999 and Magic Temple in 1996.

Fast forward to recent days, it seems that Chubi is living the kind of life where he can do what he really loves. Though he left show business and ventured into other careers away from the glitz and glamour of the industry, he still manages to entertain many people, particularly children as the former actor is now a host in children’s parties. This can be seen on his social media account where he usually posts photos of him wearing a costume for his show.

Browsing more of his Instagram account, Chubi is also an entrepreneur as he is the one who manages the Party With Jive, a performing group catering to parties and other events, where he also hosts himself and performs.

In 2018, Chubi and Anne delighted their fans when they had a reunion together with their other showbiz gang. Spotted in their dinner get-together were T.G.I.S batch 3 stars like Vanna Garcia and Aiza Marquez.

Many netizens were happy to see that the two managed to maintain their friendship despite the years that may have passed, as well as the strong bond they have with their other co-stars.
