Look: Solenn Heussaff Shows Off Baby Thylane Katana’s Room

Actress-model and first-time mom Solenn Heussaff recently shared a quick tour of baby Thylane Katana’s tropical-inspired baby room.

In a vlog she published last Friday, January 24, the 34-year-old actress-model gave her fans a closer look at her daughter’s cozy and comfy room.

“Thylane’s been such an easy baby, but especially since I’m a new mom, I really don’t like to stay away from her too long so I never leave my house. Nico and I wanted to make sure Thylane’s room was cozy and comfy to spend a lot of time in, and so this is where we spend a lot of our time now.”

As seen in the 8-minute video, the celebrity mom toured the room while breastfeeding her baby using a nursing cape. She went on to explain that the room was painted with a calming shade of sage green because it’s her favorite color.

“I’m very much into the jungle and the tropics and anything green at the moment. That’s the kind of the look I was going for with proud Pinoy touches as well since of course, Pilipino ako (I am a Filipino).”

Solenn also filled the room of their daughter with plants and Filipino-crafted home decorations to make it more like a tropical paradise, some parts of this room were designed by Solenn herself, but the interior design was mostly a work of Hurray Interior Design Group.

She also revealed that she is working on a line called Abode by Studio Soliven, they designed blankets for kids and her baby is currently using one of their works. It can also be seen in the video that the bedsheet Baby Thylane has in her wooden crib features a pattern of Filipino traditional costumes.

Solenn gave birth to her first baby with husband Nico Bolzico last January 1, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City.
