Look: Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla Joined Relief Operations In San Luis Batangas

Celebrity couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, collectively known as “KathNiel” were recently spotted in San Luis, Batangas as they visited the victims of the Taal Volcano eruption.

The two young actors along with their team successfully brought happiness and hope to the affected families as they personally distributed relief goods to the evacuees.

Last Friday, January 17, Daniel’s mother, momshie Karla Estrada posted photos of her son together with Kath which were taken on their relief operations on her Instagram account.

She wrote the caption (published as is):

“Hawak kamay tayo kasama ang kathniel at buong Team na kasama sa pag-Kawang gawa.”

Aside from Karla, Star Magic PR Manager Thess Gubi also took to Instagram to share that the real-life couple went to the evacuation center at Bonliw, San Luis, Batangas, which happened to be her hometown.

There are also evacuees who shared snaps of the reel and real-life couple while the two were busy handling the relief goods to the people. Netizens have nothing but praises for this young couple because of their generosity and kindness.

One netizen, (@mackyness) who appears to be part of the relief operations team lead by Kathryn and Daniel shared that they also visited other barangays that were really far from the city, and received less help as compared to other evacuation centers.

The said netizen wrote:

“On behalf of my fellow Batangueños, I would like to thank the whole team of Kathryn & Daniel for bringing relief to the evacuees in San Luis and Bauan. The barangays/barrios we visited were far from the city and donations are very scarce. To the team who braved the long and dusty drive: Kuya Mar, Kuya Cocoy, Kuya Junie, Kuya Hasne, Jerwin, Kuya Julito, Kuya Rolly, Ryan, JV, Tita Vi, Tita Beth, Robert and the marshals, thank you so much! To the Bernardos, Tito Teddy, Mother, Ate Tin, Lhexine, Ate Kaye, Kevin, Shannen, and Jza thank you for sharing your blessings, thank you for the generosity. And to Kathryn & Daniel, your presence during the relief operations brought joy and hope to the people of Batangas, maraming-maraming salamat!”
