63-year-old Belo Medical Group CEO and medical director Dra. Vicki Belo gave her 2.2 million Instagram followers a glimpse of the expensive gift she received gift from her husband Hayden Kho Jr. on Christmas.
Last Tuesday, December 24, the beauty doctor uploaded a video of her unboxing the special gift on Christmas eve, which is a customized Hermes Kelly.
The post has the caption:
“Thank you @dochayden for this bag that you personally designed for me. What do you think it is?”
It can be heard in the video that Dra. Vicki Belo mentioned that they usually wait until 12 midnight, but since she couldn’t wait until Christmas to open her husband’s gift, referring to it as the “most exciting gift” she decided to do it early this year.
“We have to open our gifts na! Usually, we wait ’til 12 midnight but wala… So of course, the most exciting gift is my husband’s gift to me, which is an Hermes bag, I’m sure. Because he knows that that’s what I really, really like.”
Her husband, Hayden is the one filming the video and based on their conversation, he ordered this unique two-toned Hermes Kelly bags he designed just for her. The expensive bag is customized orange-and-amber-colored Hermes Kelly bag that has purple stitches.
After showing the design of the bag she received, Dra. Vicki went on to share an interesting fact about the Kelly bags, saying,
“Did you know that for every six Birkins, only one Kelly is made? That’s why it’s so much harder to find a Kelly than it is to find a Birkin. And when you go to Hermes, there’s never any.”
That is also why it took her husband a year to get one customized Kelly bag. It was later on revealed that Hayden ordered two customized Hermes Kelly bags for his wife, but they’re still waiting for the other one.
The celebrity doctor also revealed that although the smaller version of Kelly is more popular now, she still prefers bigger sized Hermes bags so that she can put her stuff in.
“The 25 is more popular, but I think I like the 30. Well, I don’t know the numbers [sizes], because if not, you can’t put anything inside. It’s only pang-porma. I’m practical,”
