35-year-old Television host and mommy vlogger Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla recently shared a video for her fans that shows how she welcomed her second child, Baby Gabriela.
Mariel gave birth to her second daughter with husband Robin Padilla last November 15, at a hospital in the United States. This happened a day after their first child, Isabella Padilla, turned 3 years old.
In her latest vlog on her YouTube channel last Sunday, December 1, she filmed her whole experience starting from November 7th until November 15th, her actual labor and delivery date.
Mariel said, “During labor all I can think of is Isabella and Robin.”
The 19-minute vlog featured Mariel’s preparations for her delivery, including the actual clips of the Kapamilya host while undergoing labor that runs for almost 6 hours, and eventually giving birth to baby Maria Gabriela, on her seventh push.
She wrote: “I knew it wasn’t going to be easy that Robin and I weren’t going to be together when I deliver Gabriela but we decided to make some sacrifices for our kids. During labor all I can think of is Isabella and Robin, all moms out there understand why. I am now sharing it with you guys because I want you to see the beauty above all the pain of giving birth. We are the happiest baby Gabriela. Thank you for being such a good girl.”
“You all have been with me since the gender reveal then the baby shower and you’ve witnessed all my struggles with my pregnancy but now I am so excited to welcome another beautiful blessing to pamilya Padilla. Thank you everyone for the support and love that my family receives, to my dad who was really there throughout the whole thing and to Robin Thank you so much!,” the celebrity mom-of-two added.
The video shows Mariel welcomed her second child at 3:25 pm (US time), via natural birth.
