Check Out John Lloyd Cruz French-Mediterranean Mansion In Antipolo City

Prior to his showbiz hiatus, 36-year-old elusive actor John Lloyd Cruz is considered as one of the most bankable stars on TV and on the big screen. With this, it’s not really surprising that he was able to save up and purchase a magnificent 1,100-square-meter home in Antipolo City.



John Lloyd started his acting career when he was discovered by a talent scout in a mall while hanging out with friends. He first appeared in the now-defunct crime and investigative series Calvento Files, followed by numerous shows and TV guesting.

At age 14, he became a member of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic as an alumnus of Batch 5. He was also introduced as a member of the then-teen trio called “Koolits.”

John Lloyd’s career prosper when starred in his breakthrough role in 2002 as Yuri in “Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay,” together with actress Bea Alonzo. This series was followed by another on-screen pairing in their 2009 hit telenovela “I love Betty La Fea,” the Pinoy adaptation of the Colombian series Yo Soy Betty La Fea.



Aside from this, the 36-year-old actor also has other hit Kapamilya teleseryes such as It might be you, Home sweetie home, Maging Sino Ka Man, and Immortal.

On top of that, he has been hailed as the “Box-Office King” for three-consecutive years for his films from 2007 to 2009, One More Chance, A Very Special Love, and You Changed My Life,

With all the fame and success he received in the acting scene, including all of his other projects and product endorsements, the veteran actor is already a proud owner of this French–Mediterranean themed mansion located in a posh subdivision in Antipolo City.



Based on the reports, this property is already complete but the actor just wanted to add other designs that he preferred through the help of Architects Danny Lucas and Roland Andres.

John Lloyd wanted his home to look like the houses in Los Angeles that has French-Mediterranean design, while the house interior has more of the American vibe.

Inside this huge property, there is also an 80-square-meter guest house for his visitors. This special space for his guests has its own living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.





Looking inside the actor’s mansion, it has a beautiful high ceiling just like what we usually see in a cathedral. The dining area has a 10-seater dining table that is made from narra, those who were dining in this area will also have a view of the outdoor pool and a garden.

John Lloyd’s bedroom is one of the most sophisticated places in the house, it is located under the stairs and the estimated amount that he spent here is P75,000, for the extended flush alone, it cost him around P35,000.

Outside the house is also a large swimming pool and four-foot pond, located at the porch right underneath the walkway to the main door, which serves as home to his Koi fish.
