Look: Sunshine Cruz Shares Eldest Daughter’s Preparations For Her First Acting Role

Proud celebrity mom Sunshine Cruz recently shared that her eldest daughter, Angelina Cruz, is currently working on a workshop as part of her preparation for her role in an upcoming movie.

In an exclusive interview with PUSH Bets Live, the 42-year-old Heiress actress said that Angelina mostly watches Filipino movies now to learn more acting tips.

“Ang ginagawa niya ngayon madalas siyang nanonood ng mga Tagalog films. Sinasabi ko sa kaniya, ‘Anak tingnan mo yan sila Kathryn Bernardo, napakagaling. Tingnan mo yan sila Liza Soberano yung emosyon nila kung papaano,'” Sunshine shared.

She went on to share that her daughter also asked her if she could teach her some acting techniques like crying.

Angelina just signed a new contract with ABS-CBN Films last July. She will soon star in her first romantic movie titled “One Friend,” where she will be paired with a fellow newcomer actor, Bryce Ramos.Preparatrions

The hands-on celebrity mom also clarified during the interview that her daughter got the said role without her help as she really auditioned and work hard to get it,

“Nag-audition [siya]… Baka kasi akala ng iba na just because anak siya ng artista kaya nakapasok [sa ABS-CBN Films], hindi po. Nag-audition po ang anak ko at pinaghirapan niya po ‘yan. Sinabi pa nga niya sa akin kung ano ang mga pinagawa sa kaniya, at umakting po talaga siya,” she explained.

Angelina was born as the eldest of three daughters of Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz. She has two younger siblings named Samantha and Angel.

She turned 18 years old last September, where she just decided to throw a simple but intimate dinner party held at the Blackbird at the Nielson Tower in Makati.

This celebration was attended by her close family and friends, including some celebrity kids such as Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters Lorin and Venice, twins Cassy and Mavy Legaspi and Marjorie Barretto’s son Leon Barretto.
