Meet JC De Vera’s Beautiful Family That Changed Him To Be A Better Person
33-year-old seasoned actor John Carlo De Vera or better known by his screen name JC De Vera is currently part of ABS-CBN action-drama series “The General’s Daughter.”
Right now, the Kapamilya actor is enjoying his peaceful family life together with his beautiful non-showbiz wife, Rikka Alyssa Cruz, and their adorable baby daughter Lana Athena.
JC also announced last year that they were already planning for their church wedding since they were already wed in civil rites just before Rikka gave birth to their daughter.

In a previous interview, JC shared that he feels so blessed now that he has his own family and motivated to work harder than before. He also shared how being a father to Lana changed his outlook in life the way he never imagined.

Aside from that, the 33-year-old actor admitted cutting down his nightlife as much as possible as his family is now his number one priority.

It will be recalled that the actor and Rikka kept the birth of their daughter in May 2018 private until he revealed through a social media post in July that he is already a father to two-month-old daughter.

The General’s Daughter is the actors 4th Primetime TV series on ABS-CBN. In the action-drama series, JC stars as Captain Ethan Del Fierro, an accomplished military officer who’s in a relationship with 2nd Lt. Rhian Bonifacio, the lead star played by actress, Angel Locsin.

JC also appeared as the lead actor in the 2018 MMFF entry of Regal Entertainment “One Great Love,” wherein he played the role of Carl Mauricio, a guy scarred by a turbulent past, who keeps hurting the woman named Zyra Paez (played by Kim Chiu) who loves him just the same.
This movie won the Third Best Picture and Best Musical Score at the 2018 MMFF Gabi ng Parangal. He was even nominated in the annual film fest for the Best Supporting Actor.
