Look: Pauleen Luna Started Working Out Again After Five Years with her Baby Tali

Almost two years since the beautiful Kapuso TV host-actress Pauleen Luna Sotto gave birth to her first child with Bossing Vic, Baby Talitha “Tali” Sotto, she finally decided to resume the fitness journey that she originally initiated five years ago.

On Instagram, Pauleen shared a photo of her in a gym attire last September 22, she mentioned that she finally had her first pilates session, which is “a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements,” as described at MayoClinic.org.

The 30-year-old first-time mom continues her gym workout not only to shed off some extra pounds to look good, but also to be healthy and fit for her daughter Tali and husband Vic Sotto.

The celebrity mom also wrote in the caption how it feels to work out again after a very long time. She wrote: “Survived my first pilates session! I can’t even remember the last time i worked out. And even though there is ‘mom guilt’ when i spend me time, i think it is also important that i look after my health, especially now that i have my own family.

“This feeling of being in workout clothes is so unfamiliar but truth be told, 5years is a loooooong time and i missed it! I pray to have the strength to continue this. For myself and for my family.”

Another thing that captured the attention of the netizens is a video of Baby Tali uploaded in a page of their family called “team_bosleng,” showing Tali enjoying her session in a reformer pilates machine while counting.

In a separate video, the adorable little girl held a blue balloon while she imitates her mom, who does another set of pilates.

After a few weeks of doing her pilates session, The TV host-actress updated her 2.6 million followers on Instagram in her realization on how important for a mom like her to still take care of herself.

Pauleen wrote, “…I’ve always been so lazy to work out, also, cos i used to think that there are far more important things i can do than just work out. I was right, and wrong, too. I never realized how important it is to take care of myself cos i was always busy taking care of others, which i LOVE, btw.

“And now, i realized that it doesn’t necessarily mean that i love my family less when i take care of myself! As a matter of fact, i feel like i give them more because i am happy! Hahaha WHO AM I! I cannot believe that working out makes me happy (people who know me know how much i dread going to the gym!!!) Anyhow, i am just so glad that i have finally found a work out that makes me so happy inside and out!

“Cheers to a stronger mommy Pau!

“Okay, now back to Tali.”
