Look: JC De Vera’s Sweet Moments With His Daughter Lana

It was just recently when JC de Vera had the last taping day for ‘The General’s Daughter’ together his with co-stars for their finale episode, but as the 33-year-old actor bid goodbye to his role as Captain Ethan Del Fierro on the series, there is this one important role that he will never retire from —being a loving father to his only daughter Lana Athena.
His social media account, where he frequently shares his sweet bonding moments with his partner Rikka Alyssa Cruz and their daughter, clearly shows that the ‘General’s Daughter’ star JC is very happy and fulfilled with his new life as a family man.
Just like any father, JC is a very caring father, and he promised to remain as his daughter’s protector until the end of his time.
In a recent Instagram post of the Kapamilya actor, he showed how much he loves his family by posting a short but sweet message for Lana and Rikka.
He wrote:” Lana, I can’t promise to take care of you till the end of time. But I promise to take care of you till the end of mine.”
The handsome actor added that this sweet message was also intended for Lana’s beautiful mom as he said, “Same with you Rick,” referring to his partner.
Aside from this post, JC is also fond of sharing photos of his bonding time with his 1-year-old daughter. Their playtime includes the usual “Daddy duties” like feeding her daughter and teaching her to swim.
In one of his latest videos shared online, the netizens can’t help but be amazed when they saw JC with his daughter Lana while he was combing his daughter’s hair. The hunk Kapamilya actor also displayed his humor in this video by saying that he is doing weights to comb his child’s hair.
As a doting father, he also shared his thoughts about the difference of having a baby girl or a baby boy,
“It’s different if your baby is a girl, you need to be more protective, unlike boys, you can just let them run around, literally and figuratively. The bottom line is, you just want to give your child the best life.”
He went on to share how he embraced the changes of fatherhood, “I have learned a lot of things about myself since Lana was born. I became more patient, and of course, more inspired to work.”
