Joshua Garcia Bought His Family This 3-Storey Townhouse In Quezon City

Joshua Espineli Garcia is a Filipino actor who was born and raised in Balayan, Batangas. He was first introduced as part of a housemate of the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: All In” in 2014, where he was dubbed as “Tatay’s Boy ng Batangas.”



After his PBB stint, Joshua began his acting career in 2015 in the TV series Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita, followed by several Kapamilya teleseryes such as The Greatest Love, The Good Son, and Ngayon at Kailanman.

With all his hard work and the undeniable talent of this 21-year-old actor, Joshua has become one of the most popular young actors of today’s generation. He even received several awards and recognition for his remarkable performances both on TV and in films.

In an earlier interview with Push, Joshua shared that he invested part of his earnings in buying a townhouse in Quezon City for his family.

“Actually ‘yung bahay na binili ko –– ’yung town house na nabili ko, parte lahat ‘yun ng pinaghirapan ko. Isa na dun ‘yung sa Jollibee Yum Burger. ‘Yung Jolly Hotdog kasi na endorsement dumating siya nung nabili ko na. So para sa akin, mas gumaan ang pakiramdam ko kasi kakalabas ko lang ng pera, bumalik agad ‘yung blessing sa akin. Nabawi ko agad ‘yung nilabas ko. Kaya thankful ako kay Lord kasi hindi niya ako pinapabayaan dito sa industriya na ‘to,” he said.

Meanwhile, photos of the townhouse’s blessing shared online by a fan account of the young actor made rounds in February. It can be seen in the photos that the caterer had their set up in two units, and it wasn’t clear if Joshua bought more than one property in the area.



Sharing more of his future plans, he added: “Iniipon ko siya kasi hindi puwedeng labas lang ng labas ng pera. So para sa akin, iipunin ko muna ‘yun. And then kapag nakapag-decide na ako ipundar na panibago, tsaka ko siya ilalabas ulit. So ipon muna ulit.”

The 21-year-old Kapamilya actor added that aside from financing his sister’s studies, he is also on his way to achieving his next big goal, “Tatayo ako ng sarili kong bahay.”

In a separate interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Joshua described the future design of his dream house:

“Gusto ko magmukha siyang gaming house. Nandun na lahat—may bilyaran, may space para sa mga laruan, ‘tapos isang kuwarto na isang buo.
