Look: Maymay Entrata Bought A New House For Mother In Japan

Kapamilya actress Maymay Entrata or Mary Dale Entrata, who rose to stardom after winning the reality TV show “Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7” has certainly come a long way.

The 22-year-old actress and model already marked a name for herself in the entertainment industry as she now became one of the most visible faces on the Philippines television. Aside from that, Maymay is also notable for being the first Filipina personality to walk in the Arab Fashion Week.

In her recent TV guesting in the Kapamilya network morning talk show, “Magandang Buhay,” Maymay talked about some of her investments from her earnings in show business, which includes their house in her hometown of Camiguin, which is currently under construction, and a brand new car —that she received as part of one of her recent endorsement deals.

Proving that Maymay is really kind and helpful to her relatives, the 22-year-old actress-model even bought a tricycle for her eldest male cousin to help him have a source of income for his family.

She was also asked by the host, momshie Carla to share something about the house that she bought in Japan that was meant for Mommy Lorna. Maymay’s mother is an OFW and has been staying in Japan for several years already.

According to Maymay, she and her elder brother invested in this house as they wanted to make their mother happy because for almost 28 years that she is staying there, her mom still lives in a rented house.

She also shared her mother’s first reaction upon seeing the said house, “Noong nakita niya ‘yung bahay, naiyak siya, kasi 28 years na siya doon sa Japan tapos nagre-rent pa rin sila,” she said.

“Ang mahal po kasi ng renta doon, so ngayon naiyak siya kasi may sariling bahay na siya, at hindi niya akalain na magkakabahay pa siya. Tapos, masaya rin ‘yung kapatid ko na bunso,” Maymay added.

It will be recalled that during her stay in the Pinoy Big Brother House in 2017, Maymay revealed the story of her broken family. Her father left them when she was just a year old, while her mother went to Japan to work.

Because of that, Maymay and her brother grew up with their grandparents and relatives in Camiguin. Later on, her mother had to migrate to Japan to live with her new husband. Maymay also has a half-brother named Ryo Tagawa.
