Kylie Padilla Opened An Online “Ukay-ukay” Shop

Kapuso action Princess Kylie Padilla-Abrenica is already in the third trimester of her pregnancy, but this did not stop the 26-year-old celebrity mom from opening an online shop, where she sells some of their family’s pre-loved items.
Kylie created an Instagram account called “My Little Ukay-ukay,” this is where she uploaded the photos of the items from her closet, as well as some pre-loved items of her husband Aljur Abrenica and their son, Alas Joaquin.
Recently, Kylie revealed through her Instagram story that the real reason why she chose to open this shop is to learn how to do business and at the same time to downsize her life because she wants to simplify it by selling some of her belongings.
“Part of the reason I started My Little Ukay-ukay was to learn how it would be like to run a small business. Also because I am downsizing my life,” she wrote in her IG story.
But aside from that, the Kapuso action Princess revealed the good cause of this online shop as 10 percent of the income they will get from this would go to their chosen charity.
“Because I survived how it is like to live out my car with one bag of clothes and since I know I can survive that I knew it was time to downsize my life and give away everything I don’t need and donate it to someplace better,” the soon-to-be mother of two continued.
Kylie went on to share that the money she got from her pre-loved online shop is not really big, but what’s good is that she does get some lessons on how to be prepared for her other future passion projects
“I don’t get much from my pre-loved shop but what I do get is knowledge and a place to fail and learn in order to prepare for bigger things and bigger dreams I want to make happen,” Kylie added.
To date, the Kapuso actress’ My Little Ukay Ukay online shop already has 19.2k followers and more than 300 photos and updates posted. They sell items like books, clothes, bags, and toys for a very reasonable price.
Checking at some of the photos, one of Kylie’s designer bags that she bought for PHP 18,621 is now priced at PHP 9,200.
