Celebrity couple Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna’s first child, Baby Talitha Maria “Tali’ Luna Sotto was born on November 6, 2017. This adorable little girl has always been one of the netizens’ favorite celebrity babies and is known as one of the cutest celebrity babies in the country.
