Willie Revillame Soon To Launch His Own Mobile App Called “Wil To Play”

On Sunday, July 28, Kapuso TV host Willie Revillame officially sealed the partnership deal with entertainment company Synergy 88 Philippines and August Media Holdings Singapore for his new mobile app called “Wil To Play.”

This mobile app is owned by the 58-year-old well-known game show host, and is said to take inspiration from his top-rating primetime game show in GMA-7, Wowowin!

Just like the games he usually conducts in the show, “Wil To Play” has a set of casual games that will provide opportunities to all Filipinos around the world to play and win big prizes such as cash, gift certificates, vehicles, and a house and lot.

Joining Willie in the said contract signing that was held at the 56th floor of Ion Sky in Orchard Road, Singapore were: Atty. Ferdinand Domingo, Brand Head & Business Development of Wil To Play; Elizabeth Estrada, Synergy88’s COO and co-founder Jackeline Chua; Synergy88’s director and co-founder Bernard Chong; and Jyotirmoy Saha, the CEO of August Media Holdings.

Since this was a momentous event for the Kapuso game show host and his new mobile app, he was also supported by his Wowowin co-host ‘Sexy Hipon’ Herlene Budol, Elaine Timbol, Almira Teng and the production staff, who fly all the way to Singapore using Willie’s private plane.

“Wil To Play” will soon be available on Google Play and App Store.

During the contract signing, a welcome speech for the 58-year-old TV host was delivered by Jyotirmoy Saha, the CEO of August Media Holdings.

“When we were discussing that we need to create a game for the mass market and the game service for the mass market, it was very very clear that we need a personality associated with it who represents the games of the mass market and there was no other better person than Willie Revillame.

“The first time I attended Willie’s show, the recording, I was actually amazed, the kind of outpouring of emotions from the common folk who come and attend his taping.

“Since then, I have watched many many episodes. I watched your episodes after I saw your show,” Mr. Saha said.
