Last July 15, It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda and “Kuya Escort” Ion Perez once again gave their fans a hint about their rumored romance after photos of them with their respective families made rounds online.
In the now-viral photos shared on Facebook by a certain Dianne W. Perez, Vice and Ion with their mothers, Rosario Viceral and Zeny Perez posed for a photo. The album was captioned:
“Family with Vice Ganda.”
Another photo shows the rumored couple surrounded by some children, which is said to be a child relative.
However, this is not the first time that Ion was seen together in a photo with Vice’s mother, mommy Rosario. He was also was photographed last May with Vice Ganda’s family, during a vacation in Canada.
Vice and Ion have been teased repeatedly to each other by their co-hosts on the noontime variety show It’s Showtime, but until now there is no direct confirmation coming from these two celebrities about their real relationship status.
It will be recalled that their rumored relationship even went to a higher notch when photos taken on GGV’s taping last March 12 with Charo Santos and Bea was shared on social media, allegedly claiming that Ion admitted his feelings for Vice on-air.
According to a previous report of ABS-CBN News, Ion Perez, who hails from Concepcion, Tarlac was born on November 27, 1990. He grew up in a big family, where he is the 11th child among the 15 children. Ion’s late father Eufronio Perez was a jeepney driver, while his mother, Zenaida worked for a time as a kakanin vendor or a food peddler.
Ion rose to fame in May 2018 after he was crowned as Mister Universe Tourism, which opened a door for him in the modeling industry. After that, he made his It’s Showtime debut on September 2018 as the noontime show’s “Kuya Escort” replacing Greg Hawkins in the Miss Q & A segment.
