Recently, Kris Aquino went on a short trip to Japan, which she considered her happy place before shooting an upcoming comeback movie. This time, the Queen of All Media ticked another item off her bucket list after finally checking into her dream hotel suite in Tokyo, Japan.
Last Thursday, the 49-year-old celebrity mom, who is currently in the foreign land for a vacation gave her 4.2 million Instagram followers a view inside her luxurious suite of her favorite hotel in Ginza, the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo.
In a short video clip, the Queen of All Media shared the beautiful view from her suite’s own balcony showing Tokyo’s skyline and “the best view in the world for her,” which is the Chanel Ginza tower. Kris also gave a glimpse of suite’s modern amenities and can be seen having a relaxing time in a luxurious bathtub.
“I wouldn’t mind kung ganito ang condo ko sa Philippines. I’d be the happiest person in the world,” she mentioned in the video.
According to Kris, she made a promise to herself that once her health condition improved she is going to book this suite.
“I promised myself gumanda lang yung eosinophils count ko and bumaba my thyroid antibodies – pikit mata sa cost, I was going to fulfill this wish… after all tomorrow is never promised,” she wrote in the caption.
The mom-of-two also added that one thing that has really changed a lot in her is that she would rather spend her money on valuable experiences than material things in trips, unlike before.
“Siguro yun ang nagbago na sa ‘kin. I entered only two stores of [Loft] and the Japan version of Guardian/Mannings or Mercury in the Philippines. I now know to value EXPERIENCES much more than possessions because we can take memories with us,” she added.
