In a post shared by The Staycationist Facebook page, they uploaded photos of a three-storey house in Splendido Subdivision, Tagaytay, worth P38 million. The house is being sold rush and cash basis only.
This modern and beautiful three-storey house with 485 square meters lot area and 297 square meters floor area was built in 2018, the house has three big rooms and two car garage.
The master bedroom is located at the ground level of the house, this room has its own toilet, bathroom, and balcony.
The second room also has its own balcony, while the third room is surrounded by glass windows. These two rooms also come with their own toilet and bathroom.
The fourth room, on the other hand, is a semi-furnished room that can be converted into a guest room or maid’s room.
On the lower ground floor, there’s a multi-purpose room that can be used as a guest room. There is also an entertainment room that has its own toilet and bathroom, veranda, maid’s room, utility area, driver’s room, car garage, and space leading to the garden.
Located on the upper ground floor of the house is a modern style kitchen that comes with a built-in microwave, countertop stove with oven, energy saver fridge, breakfast nook counter, and dining area. You can also find here the living room, powder room, balcony, foyer, garden, and another car garage.
But on top of these beautiful amenities, what captured the attention of the netizens is the limited edition red Mustang GT sports car that is also included in the package. The said collector’s edition sports car was released in 2015, and it is said to be only two in Asia.
According to an admin of the page, the house is being sold because it is no longer in use as the owner of the house has many other home properties, and is currently living in Quezon City.
