Erika Chryselle Gonzales Gancayco or better known by her stage name Erich Gonzales has constantly been the subject of romance rumors since March of last year after the actress admitted that she was entertaining a non-showbiz suitor then.
Although she did not drop any name, many people speculated that she was talking about Mateo Lorenzo, a business magnate’s son who was linked to the actress during that time.
She even said, “Unang una ay wala naman po tayong itinatago. Ako, single po ako and he’s single also.
Since then, Erich has managed to keep her love life private and chose to remain quiet when asked about her current relationship status.
But he 28-year-old actress recently opened up about her love life and explained why she chooses to keep her romantic life private.
In her latest YouTube vlog, the actress first gave her fans a quick view of the lanai area of her house. After that, Erich immediately proceeded to a “Question and Answer” segment, where she has to answer several questions sent by her fans.
One of the questions thrown to her is from a curious fan asking the reason why she chose not to share about her love life, Erich answered that she’d rather keep that private, “I think it’s for the best. ”
She also added that she is protective of something beautiful,
“I want to protect something so precious to me, something beautiful. I don’t want to ruin it so sa akin na lang iyon.”
When asked about her thoughts about marriage and having children, the actress said that she dreams of getting married one day and having children.
Erich also shared in the video that her ideal number of kids is only two, but she is also open to whatever God has in store for her.
“Bahala na si Lord kung ilan ang gusto niyang ibiyaya sa akin,” she said
In 2017, the actress broke up with her longtime boyfriend, Bazilian-Japanese actor-model Daniel Matsunaga.
