Okada Manila, a 44-hectare integrated hotel and casino resort in Parañaque City recently unveiled its most luxurious villas within their property. The hotel is offering room accommodations that definitely fit for a king.

For an introductory price of P500,000 a night, guests can enjoy this spacious and beautifully appointed 1,400 square-meter villa that has five bedrooms and nine beds, bathrooms with bathtubs, kitchen, 16-seater dining room with a minibar, indoor gym, spa with sauna, entertainment room equipped with videoke facilities, and sizeable outdoor space with a pool and jet tub.

Their newly launched and most expensive villas are located in the Pearl Wing of Okada Manila that will surely make each guest feel at home with luxurious comfort.

Here are the first three of its five planned villas of this integrated resort complex. These three villas are named after popular destinations in the Philippines — Cebu, El Nido, and Coron.

Inspired by a mix of classic and modern luxe design and the color palette is on the bright earth tones side with yellows, oranges, and copper tone is dominating the whole look. In the flooring and bathroom, there's also a lot of marble used mostly a mix of white and pink marble.

The luxurious rooms were completed with huge beds that are fitted with Rivolta Carminiagni linens and have padded headboards, upholstered bed benches, white cabinets with crystal handles, and the floor is covered with a wall-to-wall chocolate brown carpet with an orange petal design. The furniture and materials used in the hotel are imported, including those in the new villas.

Okada Manila’s director for sales and marketing Julius Santos said during the unveiling party that the published rate is P800,000 on a weekday and P1, 000,000 on a weekend, but the introductory rate is currently at P500, 000.

“It comes down to supply and demand eventually, whether there's a huge demand and we're hoping there will be. So the prices will increase proportionately,” he added.

Surprisingly, after they opened the villa about a month ago, they already had several guests who stayed at the lavish villas and some of them have stayed more than a few days.

He also said that the villas are open for guests who want to experience a stay and not just for the casino's high rollers.

“If you have P500,000 I'd love to have you here. We're an integrated resort with a huge casino component. What happens a lot of times, the casinos have high rollers, if they want to stay at the villa they talk to the casino and the casino books directly with us. And then there are people who just book the villa because they just want to be in the villa. First come first served,” he explained.

The villa comes with 24-hour butler service and a private chef, while each room has its own DigiValet system that uses iPad tablets that control the room's devices, as well as inviting his-and-hers marble bathrooms with smart toilets and Robert Cavalli amenities.

“Butler is at your service. They will unpack for you, schedule meetings for you, they'll call the chefs and work on special menus. Anything that's legal, we will do for the guest,” Santos said.

Aside from that, their guests in these villas also have private access to the casino, parking lot, and other parts of the sprawling complex. These villas are designed for special celebrations and private events and the size is also perfect for small gatherings like dinner parties.

“It depends on what you want to do. Twenty-four hours is either short or long. You can dine in and have friends over for lunch, you can have a private party, you can have a mini-concert in the room if you so desire,” he said.

You can also ask the concierge for all other services and amenities like the minibar, spa services, and a dedicated gym instructor. However, these are all for an additional charge.

“It's not about price. I've been in the industry for 37 years, hoteliers can say we have the most expensive suite. Well that doesn't matter if nobody pays for it. I think our villas are priced competitively for the size that they're getting,” he explained.

According to Okada Manila’s director for sales and marketing, they will have more suites in the pipeline as they’re planning to have around 33 percent luxury suites.

“The overall plan of the property, we will have about 33 percent suites. In fact, this is not the end of the suites we're building because we are building more suites on the main tower that are probably just as big,” Santos added.

On top of their luxurious accommodations and amenities, the hotel also promises that whoever their guest may be, privacy is an important aspect of their service.

“I think what's important is we protect the privacy of the guest. Guest that stay at villas like this will have request that we may think are strange but for them it's pretty normal,” he said.
