Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do, but these changes can be made with patience and determination. Just like the inspiring weight loss journey of this woman that instantly caught the attention of the netizens.
Facebook user Aria Estrella recently uploaded her photo showing her incredible transformation from being chubby to sexy.
The post quickly went viral and received different comments and reactions from the online community. While some even asked her to share her amazing weight loss story.
According to her post, she went from 73 kgs to 51 kgs. The woman revealed that she started to gain weight at age 19, she also claimed that gaining weight is common among the women in their family.
Besides their family history, her ex-boyfriend also contributed to her weight gain due to their dinner dates. Eventually, the guy left her heartbroken which resulted to stress eating that added more weight to her body. She came to a point, wherein she no longer cares about her physical appearance.
There was one time when she ran out of clothes to wear, she tried to use one of her old clothes. While waiting for a train ride, she heard two girls whispering and making fun of how she looks, they even called her by names.
Feeling insecure, Aira has decided to enroll in a gym, but eventually she just did some workout videos at home because the enrollment fee at the gym is a bit expensive.
The generous lady also shared what she did to achieve that fit and tone body anyone is dreaming of.
MEAL PLAN FOR 5 MONTHS * without gym and slimming pills *2 glass of water every 2 hours.
*atleast 2000 calories lang in a day or less plus exercise
BREAKFAST: alternate to buong week, monday is 2 boiled eggs and 2 tomatoes chop mo sya, super busog ka na sa eggs and kikinis ka pa sa kamatis, tuesday breakfast naman, Kings breakfast ako, don yung Kakainin ako kahit anong klaseng ulam, at kahit ano pa,atleast 2 cups ng rice lang, then Wednesday balik sa una, at alternate lang talaga. Rice is every other day.
LUNCH: Banana and sky flakes plus water or minsan tuna sandwich pag sinipag mag baon. Either sa dalawang yan.
MERYENDA: applicable pag sat-sun lang, donut or milk tea or mcdo fries, either.
DINNER: alternate pa din, monday Wala tuesday meron so kahit ano make sure it’s veggies papak ng dahon hehe or try mo repolyo with mayo para balance. basta walang rice.
30 mins jog at least 2 times a week, kahit sat-sun lang kung busy ka every weekdays, every morning bago mag breakfast, 20 squats, 30 jumping jacks and 20 sit ups. Gawin mo yan para mag flat tyan mo girl! ❤️ at least 2 times week manuod sa youtube ng 30 mins workout.
-FAST FOOD dapat 2 times sa isang buwan.
-WAG MAWAWALAN NG LAMAN ANG TYAN!
-CAKES and CHOCOLATES Isang beses lang sana sa isang linggo.
CHEAT DAY : SUNDAY!! MILKTEA AND 4 TIMES A DAY KUMAIN.
