Malaysian Couple Has A GrabFood-themed Wedding After Falling In Love As Food Delivery Riders

Beautiful wedding photo shoots are always fun to look at, and for one lovely couple in Malaysia, they made their wedding photos unique and unlike the rest when they decided to have a GrabFood-themed wedding.

Nur Atiqah and Mohd Afandi had met and fallen in love with each other when they were working part-time as GrabFood delivery riders in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Their unique GrabFood-themed wedding was shot by Thehayat.co and was shared on the photographer’s Facebook page on 31 December 2018.

Nur Atiqah also shared the post on her Facebook account expressing their love and dreams that came true. She wrote,

“At the end of 2018, my dreams came true. I met my soulmate in the same workplace despite the tiredness, sunshine, and rain. Even though GrabFood has its ups and downs, our love remains strong. ??

She also shared a video of her singing to her husband his favorite song.

The bride wrote a caption in the video saying,

“We used to sing this in the car together, now I can sing it for you on our wedding day.”

On December 23, 2019, the couple wore GrabFood-themed outfits during their wedding photoshoot. They also have GrabFood’s iconic light green delivery bag included in the photo shoot.

The couple also made their own version of the Falling Star challenge.

In some of the photos, you can also see Atiqah and Afandi’s colleagues who joined them to celebrate their big day.

Meanwhile, GrabFood itself has joined in the celebration and has extended their greetings to the newly wedded couple.

Grab has launched its own food delivery business, GrabFood that lets customers order food from establishments near them. It’s also a new way for customers to avoid the traffic and hassle of ordering food outside, all they have to do is wait for their food to be delivered at their home.
