In Agropoli, Italy, this man named Alfredo Lo Brutto recently captured the incredible photo of light streaming down the clouds that looks like a glowing figure standing above the sea.
The guy felt that he really had to share it to the world, that’s why he uploaded it on his social media account.

Although he didn’t provide any other detail, the photo quickly went viral with some netizens saying that the light in the sky resembles an image of an angel. While others commented that the rare cloud phenomenon has a likeness to the renowned Christ the Redeemer statue. The Christ the Redeemer is a 125 feet tall statue, located on a rock near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
By looking at the photo, the image creates the illusion of a person standing with their arms outstretched.
Alfredo explained to the reporters that he doesn’t usually share photos on social media but couldn’t wait to post these incredible snaps.
‘I was enchanted by the view. I don’t often share pictures on social media, but when I took this one, I instantly felt like I wanted other people to see it, because it was so beautiful,’ he said.
He was at home last Saturday when he looked out and see this wonderful sight over the Tyrrhenian Sea. He immediately took some photos as the light appears to him like a lovely angel over the sea.
Many claimed that it’s a religious figure and they felt peace upon seeing these photos. While some people believe that this image of an angel brings a message or a reminder to people that there’s still hope and love in this world.
As expected, other people were not easily impressed and also passed on sarcastic comments, saying that people are just creating new meaning even if it’s only a stream of light passing through the clouds.
