Take A Look At Andi Eigenmann And Philmar Alipayo’s Future ‘Kubo’ Home In Siargao

After moving to Baler, actress Andi Eigenmann recently shared that she’s pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend, professional surfer, Philmar Alipayo.

The 28-year-old actress already has a 7-year-old daughter named Ellie with actor Jake Ejercito.

Andi is due to give birth this coming July, but she continued to make headlines while she proudly flaunts her growing baby bump in sexy bikinis and beach dresses during her stay in Bali, Indonesia. She was with her girlfriends to celebrate with a friend who was getting married soon.

Aside from that, the actress revealed in an exclusive interview that she already bought land in Siargao to finally move soon to her favorite island.

Andi said, “I actually bought land and was trying to start basing my life in Baler already, but eventually, I realized I could actually try to achieve my bigger goal of moving to my favorite island, which is Siargao. Being with Philmar made it more possible, and I just felt like it would be easier for me to sustain living the island life if I were there [because there are] more opportunities for me.”

The soon-to-be mom-of-two said, “We are busy working on our Airbnb and house so that we won’t have to worry about that when the baby comes.”

Andi and her surfer boyfriend are both busy preparing for the coming of their first baby. They finally shared the first glimpse of their future home in Siargao where Philmar is currently based.

The couple shared some snaps of the “dream house” they’re currently building on their respective Instagram account.

Andi wrote, “So much progress so quickly, Checking on our dream house daily with my pet alaga,” while tagging her boyfriend, Philmar.

Andi also tagged designers and architects Vanessa Gaston and Rand Regis as the brains behind their future home, it’s the team’s first project in Siargao.
