Liza Soberano Shared The Hardships Of Being The Family’s Breadwinner, Since She’s 13

Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano has come a long way since she started as an actress playing bit parts to inhabiting starring roles.

The 21-year-old actress has been considered as one of the most beautiful faces in the entertainment industry. Liza’ beautiful face is her most visible and applauded feature, but apart from her charm, she has been noted for her incredible talent.

Liza emotionally shared the hardships she faced of being the breadwinner of her family at a young age.

During the interview, Tito Boy asked the young actress if there’s a point in her life where she got tired of taking care of everything.

He asked, “You take good care of your self, you take good care of your family. Has there been a point in your life, I don’t know how to put this, napagod ka?”

She answered: “Oh yeah, there’s a lot of times when I just get tired cause… It may be wrong to think this way, but sometimes I feel like it’s unfair that like everything was put on my shoulders.”



The young actress also said that she did not have any regrets about it, because she is the one who chose to sacrifice for her family.

Liza added, “Kung mapagod man ako, isipin ko kung bakit ako nag-simula in the first place.”

Her fans and supporters were greatly impressed with her honesty and view of being the breadwinner of her family.

It will be recalled that Liza’s Filipino father, John Castillo Soberano and her American mom, Jacqulyn Elizabeth Hanley, separated when she was just 10.

Liza then left the United States to live in the Philippines with her father and was raised by her grandparents in the town of Asingan in Pangasinan.



At the age of 13, her career started out when she was scouted by a talent scout and was brought to Ogie Diaz, her current manager.

In 2011, Liza made her acting debut as a cast in “Wansapanataym”, a fantasy-drama show for children.
