K Brosas or Maria Carmela Brosas in real life is an actress, comedian, singer, and TV host descending from Filipino-American ancestry. She was once the lead singer of the group K and The Boxers until she debuted her showbiz career in Idol Ko si Kap, a comedy series broadcasted by GMA Network in 2000. After nearly two decades, K Brosas’ dream home is finally in progress.
She happily shared it on her Instagram account, saying,
“So eto na… konti na lang po… I’m posting this hindi para magyabang kundi sana lang maka-inspire SA iba na same age ko, na ilang beses nasabihan na ‘dapat matagal mo NG ginawa yan’ etc…
truth is.. naging pabaya po ako SA pera At nagtiwala ako SA mga maling tao.. kasalanan ko yon, [kasi] pinabayaan ko.. plus na-Ondoy kami..”
Nevertheless, K Brosas made up for her mistakes in the past. Now that she is financially capable, she is achieving her goals one step at a time – for herself and for her 20-year-old daughter named Crystal.
She continued, “now looking back, Hindi ko nagawa to before [kasi] ayaw kong umutang.. mag-loan, gusto ko handa na ‘ko financially.. (although walang prob kung Yun ang kaya NG iba.. ako lang naman to hehe) kaya now ko lang napagawa ang simpleng bahay na pangarap ko…”
As seen on her Instagram post, her ongoing house is a three-story structure, but she made one thing clear,
“hindi po sha mansion [kasi] kami lang naman NG ANak ang makikinabang sa bahay na to.. well.. may nxt Time pa naman hehe..”
Once her current project is complete, it is K’s next goal to count a beach house among one of her possessions. She wrote,
“saka na pag tapos nito, beach house ang pangarap ko, si Lord na bahala don.. again.. wala pong ‘deadline’ ang pangarap o kung ano man gusto nyo makamit SA buhay…
we are never too old to have new goals and dreams. Wag atat.. now I’m just sooooo happy na malapit NG matapos tong house, na bawat detalye kahit maliit lang ay nasunod, At kahit Lumaki budget (normal lang daw yan [kasi] nababago At may nadadagdag hehe)…”
Needless to say, K is filled with gratitute and pride for her accomplishments. She also reminded her followers to prepare for the expenses and that each aspiration comes with its perfect timing.
“Salamat Lord SA mga blessings at SA mga labada pa more.. konti na lang po.. at Masasabi ko na At last na May bahay ako na sarili, doesn’t matter gaano katagal ang hinantay ko… kaya naman.. Mula SA akin, Sana wag kayong magmadali..
mag-ipon, magsipag.. wag pabayaan pera niyong pinagpaguran.. at walang age limit ang pagsunod SA mga pangarap nyo, kahit dahan-dahan lang, I Thank you!
