In the showbiz industry, making friends with real people is one of the hardest things to do.
We’ve already heard a lot of stories where some people are just faking being kind to each other for the sake of their good image in the eye of the public.
It is also the same reason why many celebrities feel like it’s not easy to find a genuine person in the entertainment industry.
Meanwhile, in a recent Instagram Stories of Kapuso actress Sarah Lahbati, she proves that real and kind people still exist in the showbiz industry.
The Kapuso actress expressed her appreciation towards the Kapamilya teen star Maymay Entrata after the latter did something really kind towards her mother, mommy Esther Lahbati.
Sarah’s fiance, Richard Gutierrez and Maymay Entrata are co-stars in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2018 entry “Fantastica”.
The actress posted a photo of Maymay Entrata and Mommy Esther in her Instagram stories while the two were in the cinema and appeared to have watched the said movie entry starring Vice Ganda and other Kapamilya love teams.
As seen in the photo, Maymay and Mommy Esther could be seen all smiles for a selfie while inside the cinema.
“Thank you for making my mama happy, @maymay (heart emoji)” Sarah wrote.
In a previous report, Sarah’s mother was rushed to the hospital about a week ago and had to stay in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a while. Mommy Esther was reported to have drowned during their island hopping in Siargao.
According to an ABS-CBN report, Mommy Esther and her husband Abdel Lahbati were on a short vacation on the island of Siargao when the incident happened last December 18.
The Kapuso actress confirmed her mother’s situation through her Instagram Stories post. Sarah Lahbati asked her friends and followers to extend help to her mother in Siargao and also pray for her since she could not fly immediately because there was no available flight during that day.
A few days after, the Kapuso actress happily announced that her Mommy Esther has already been out of the ICU.
She wrote on her Instagram post.
“Praise God. My mom has just been transferred from the ICU to a normal room. Her oxygen levels have stabilized and she is feeling better and slowly recovering.”
“I’m just so relieved to see her smile and laugh with the kids… Grateful to all of you for the prayers… Let’s continue to pray for her speedy recovery,” she added
