The two were planned to team up for the upcoming Pinoy superhero movie titled Darna. However, Enrique was withdrawn from the cast because he was offered for another project.

While waiting for the much-awaited movie Darna, Liza was spotted helping the poor. She made an effort to share her gifts for the Christmas season.
Based on a report by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) last December 16, 2018, writer Jerry Olea stated that he received two pictures of Liza handing over a pack of food to a poor man who was sitting by the sidewalk in Quezon City.
Wearing a plain black oversized shirt paired with blue jeans and a pair of simple black sneakers, it can be seen that she was rushing and didn’t want any pictures taken while she’s giving them gifts.
The images which seem like candid shots were apparently sent to the news portal through their Facebook Messenger.
Liza’s generosity melted the hearts of the netizens, especially the fans and supporters of the actress. Reportedly, it was around this year when Liza was also spotted giving out food to homeless people.
A Facebook post circulated back then about the generosity of the actress. The netizen who wrote the said Facebook post shared, “Hindi nagpu-post ang babaeng ‘yan ng pagkakawang-gawa. Self-serving daw.”
