Check Out Bea Alonzo’s Sophisticated 3-Storey Dream Home In Quezon City

The “One More Chance” lead actress, Bea Alonzo used to live in a condo for six years.

She was 25 years old when she moved into her 3-storey Asian contemporary dream house in Quezon City.

The Kapamilya star, Bea Alonzo, worked hard just so her dream of having a beautiful house would come true. In fact, it took a year to build his home.

According to an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), the actress said that it is difficult to be an independent woman, especially when she was just starting out on her own.

“It was hard for me the first year, ano. Kasi siyempre medyo magugulat ka na ikaw iyong magbabayad ng kuryente, ikaw yung mag-aayos ng madumi mong damit.

The Kapamilya star described her journey with mixed feelings, “It was fun, scary, and exciting all wrapped in one.”

According to her interior designer, Jeizele delos Reyes-Go, the actress wanted to have the sophistication of hotels, the coziness of Asian resorts, and the “bling” factor from glossy finishes.

Let’s now take a look on her Sophisticated dream home!

The actress’ home looks grand and imposing to an outsider because of its steel gates and electrical wire fences.

Living Area

Her living area is completed with a necklace-type chandelier from Shop InStyle and an abstract painting by National Artist for Visual Arts Arturo Luz.

The cowhide area rug, purchased from Bo Concept complements the all-white sofa set from Origins Home Furniture.

Powder Room

The intricately carved mirror completed with gold mosaic tiles adds sparkle to the powder room.

You have to walk through this short passage, before reaching the formal living room. The walls in the hallway are inlaid with mother-of-pearl mosaic tiles from HM Trading Philippines and lit by a chandelier.

Dining Area

Bea’s dining area looks elegant with the wooden 10-seater dining table, along with the upholstered chairs tufted with metal details bought from Origins Home Furniture and above the dining table is a crystal chandelier from Victoria Mondiale.

The actress kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that a true foodie/cook loves: a range hood, a glass-ceramic cooktop, built-in microwave and convection ovens, an espresso machine, an ice-cream maker, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Breakfast Nook

Bea’s cozy breakfast nook is a perfect way to start any day.

Home Office

Her home office was located on the ground floor and has an old-meets-new motif. The modern appliances such as the Mac desktop computer and LED TV are placed near vintage items like the manual typewriter and the phonograph, which she bought from Heima.

Walk-in Closet

The actress dressing area is just meant for her clothes. According to her, all the shoes and bags that she uses for work are kept in another room.

The cabinet in the middle is where she keeps her accessories, another cabinet contains Bea’s bag collection, which includes the brands Gucci, Prada, Tory Burch, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. While for her shoe collection, Bea owns pairs of stilettos and flats from Prada, YSL, Christian Louboutin, and Gucci.

Entertainment Room

The biggest space on the third floor was occupied by this entertainment area. According to the actress, she calls it, “the second living room” and “Favorite place naming pamilya!”

Master Bathroom

Bea’s master bathroom allows her to indulge in one of her favorite pleasures: long, luxurious baths in her immaculate claw-foot tub. Attached to the sides of the tub is a tray made of palochina that can serve as a surface where she can place a cup of tea, a book, or scented candles.

The actress also has her own sauna in her home. Having her own sauna room is a clear sign that she is either very busy with her career or is really just a homebody who doesn’t go out much.

Master Bedroom

Bea’s queen-size bed headboard is custom-made. The room is well covered to keep the harsh morning sunlight from getting in and waking up the actress. Like other major parts of the house, it has a chandelier, which Bea purchased from Victoria Mondiale.

Most parties and family get-togethers take place here because of its inviting and cozy sight. The house backyard has a pleasing image. Three earth colors are also present here, blue pool, green grass, and brown columns and shingles.

With all these achievements, Bea feels as accomplished as ever, especially since she already has a house of her own.
