The ”FPJ’s: Ang Probinsyano” lead actor Coco Martin has made his name on today’s action scene. His Real name is Rodel Pacheco Nacianceno was born on November 1, 1981, in Novaliches, Quezon City. Coco is not just an award-winning actor; he is also a director, and film producer.
Growing up, he also develops his spiritual life and is a devotee of the Black Nazarene. Since he was a kid, he used to visit the Quiapo Church with his grandmother to seek guidance from the Black Nazarene.
Coco finishes a degree on Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the National College of Business and Arts in Fairview Quezon City. Before entering showbiz, Coco was once an Overseas Filipino Worker working as a janitor in Alberta, Canada.
For almost a decade of acting in the big screen, Coco Martin is still humbled after all the success he tasted. He shared that 2,000-square-meter residence is located in an exclusive subdivision in Fairview, Quezon City is the fruit of his hard work as an actor.
From being a noticeable indie film actor and now as one of the biggest star in showbiz, Coco proved that passion and hard work leads to something called success.
In an interview, Coco shared his conceptualization regarding his dream mansion.
“Ang tagal ginawa ’yong bahay, kasi ipon, ipon, ipon.”
“Kasi dahan-dahan lang, ayoko kasing biglain.”
“Natakot naman akong mangutang sa bangko, kasi alam mo naman ’yong work natin— minsan okey ’tapos biglang mawawala.”“Sabi ko, pag ni-loan ko ’to, baka hatakin sa ’kin. ’Yon ’yong pinakamasakit na mangyayari sa buhay ko.”

Main Door
His main door has a fish design which Coco was inspired by her Lola Matilde having the Pieces as Zodiac sign.
Living Area
As per Coco, this is his comfort zone escaping to the stress of the work he is in.
“Gusto ko ‘yong theme niya, parang resort,”
“Bahay siya, pero ‘yong ambiance niya, nakaka-relax po, gano’n. Kaysa mag-hotel ka, di ba po.”
Dining Area
In this section, it has a long table with 12 person capacity for sitting but Coco’s family rarely use this.
“Kasi masyadong malungkot sa kaunti namin.”
Main kitchen
The kitchen is equipped will all the machines that can be seen in luxury kitchens. From the coffee maker to the biggest machine found inside.
Dirty Kitchen
Aside from the first kitchen mention, the house has a dirty kitchen where the actual food preparation happens. S cabinets, worktable, and appliances are the main parts of this room.
Master’s Bedroom
Black tufted bed, gray wing chair, and dark wood floors which make the room more elegant is the concept of the room. There’s a working area near Coco’s bed where he mostly uses his laptop.
Grandma’s Bedroom
This room is for his beloved Lola, Matilde. This is saturated below Coco’s private rooms.
Bar
A bar section is located at the second-floor f the actor’s hub.
Music Room
Near his bar is the music room full studded with quality entertainment equipment.
Theater Room
A small version of a cinema with state-of-the-art projection, sound system, and media player, and has a stock of films from different countries and of various genres.
Cabana
This “cabana” turns into a guest room when the actor has visitors who stay overnight or for days.
Kapag may guest ako, halimbawa, kamag-anak ko from abroad ‘tapos gustong mag-stay dito, ang ginagawa ko dito, tatanggalin ko ito,”
Veranda
The veranda has its own dining and seating areas perfect for parties.
Prayer Room
Along with the veranda is a prayer room. As mentioned, Coco grew in a religious family and he decided to put a corner for his faith inside his mansion. It has stained-glass windows bearing the images of Jesus Christ and Mama Mary.
Gazebo
A gazebo is found out the mansion which happens to be Coco’s favorite spot.
Gym
The mansion has a gym which has a lot of equipment and machines for exercise.
Pool Area
The pool has several depths ranging from 4 to 7 feet. Coco shared:
Noong bata ako, kami ng mga pinsan ko, parati kami sa ilog.
“Tuwing hapon, naliligo kami sa ilog, kaya gusto ko may swimming pool para sa mga pamangkin ko.”
